Sainte-Marie Academy, no longer having enough space to accommodate all the students in the Beauport district, called on SM Construction’s Modular Division to design a new complex. This project effectively addressed the growing student population by providing modern, functional, and quickly operational spaces.
Comprised of 33 modules, the project includes the fabrication, delivery, and installation of:
- 8 modular classrooms
- 2 mechanical rooms
- 2 washroom blocks
- 1 non-combustible corridor connecting to the existing building
