It’s harvest time!

Benoît and Jérémie, our beekeepers, collected the honey from our hive. The harvest is a delicate moment, since they have to take 20 frames of honey with them while leaving more than 35,000 bees behind. Beekeepers use a fine brush to knock the bees down in front of the hive. Nearly ten minutes after the harvest, all the bees had returned to their hive.
