Profile sought

You have at least one year of relevant experience in carpentry (wood and/or metal).
You’re good with your hands.
You stand out for your team spirit, motivation to work, and positive attitude.
You are versatile, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn new things.
You can read plans and shop drawings (an asset).
You enjoy working at a steady pace.
You feel ready to take on new challenges.

Roles and responsabilities

You will build wall, floor, and roof structures.
You will use tracing, cutting, and wood‑assembly methods.
You will build formwork.
You will install and adjust doors and windows.
You will build partitions and perform interior finishing (interior doors, mouldings, storage spaces, etc.).
You will erect walls, partitions, and ceilings using steel studs or metal furring, and install gypsum panels.
You will apply paint when required.
You will install flexible flooring such as vinyl, rubber, cork, linoleum, or other materials.
You will perform plastering tasks such as taping and joint finishing.
You will install shingles and roof trusses.
You will assist in the fabrication and installation of reinforcement components and prefabricated elements.

Commencement date : As soon as possible

Number of positions to fill : 2

Salary : $24 to $37, based on experience

Work schedule : From Monday to Thursday, from 6:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Employment status : Permanent
