Service Stations, Construction, Commercial Structures,
Location: Saint-Eustache, Québec
Client: Petro-Canada, a division of Suncor Energy
Type of project: Service Stations, General Construction and Commercial Structure
Scope: $1 M - $5 M
In construction management mode, SM Construction produced the initial budget, created the call for tenders and managed construction, which optimized the deadline and the costs.
This choice location was selected by Petro-Canada for the construction of a building with an area of 4400 square feet, accommodating a service station and an A&W restaurant. SM Construction developed the interior and exterior of the service station and the exterior of the restaurant.
This project clearly demonstrates the strength of Groupe SM Tardif. SM Construction contributed to the project by applying its expertise in project management, general construction and service stations. SM Construction then called on Tardif Métal, another subsidiary of Groupe SM Tardif, to design and fabricate the canopy and the steel structure of the building.
Thanks to our experience, we efficiently managed the challenges generated by this project, including the new development of public roads, the safety of the workers in this busy sector, and the application of the POST safety program.
