Project Manager – Modular Buildings

Groupe SM Tardif is looking for a Project Manager to work under the supervision of the Modular Department Manager.

Profile sought

You have a DEC or BAC in Architecture, Building, Civil Engineering or other relevant education.
You have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
You’ve mastered the principles of project management (planning, coordinating, monitoring schedules and budgets).
You have a good understanding of construction standards, building codes, and manufacturing processes.
You have strong computer skills, including familiarity with project management and drafting software (MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
You are recognized for your organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills.
Experience in modular construction is a plus.

Orchestrate the development of the project plan (schedule, cost, quality, risks).
Plan and manage resources (labor, materials, subcontractors, equipment).
Maintain rigorous follow-up throughout execution.
Work with legal and commercial teams to prepare and negotiate contracts.
Promote effective, ongoing communication with all stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with standards and promote health and safety.
