Profile sought

  • You hold a college diploma (DEC) in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Experience in a multi-company environment is a strong asset.
  • You can maintain strong performance under tight deadlines.
  • You consistently verify your work and pay close attention to detail.
  • Customer satisfaction is important to you.

Roles and responsabilities

  • Review timesheets and enter data into the accounting system for all activity sectors (office, CCQ job sites, factory, etc.).
  • Produce various reports (CCQ, payroll remittances, RRSP) as well as Records of Employment.
  • Manage additional vacation, personal days, and statutory holidays.
  • Carry out tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and updating employee files.
  • Record training-related expenses.
