Société protectrice des animaux de la Mauricie (SPA Mauricie), a renowned Mauricie organization for the protection of pets, engaged SM Construction’s services to carry out a major project to enlarge their commercial building.

By connecting a complete new structure built by SM Construction to the initial building, SPA Mauricie increased its operating area by 20,000 ft2.

By also redeveloping the building’s interior and exterior, SPA Mauricie was able to increase its accommodation and visitor capacity.

To our client’s great delight, the project was carried out without interrupting or compromising the pursuit of their usual operations.
