Construction of the new pavilion of the Faculty of Medicine
With an area of more than 4,000 square meters, the new pavilion of the Faculty of Medicine of Université Laval, which is annexed to the Hôtel-Dieu de Lévis hospital, is equipped with modern infrastructures and all the space needed to provide quality education to future doctors.
The design of the project was made in anticipation of adding additional floors in the future. The new pavilion has a large mechanical room that houses our various equipment, both domestic water and heating and cooling. The building is supplied with heating by an extensive network of hot water coils. For air conditioning, the various ventilation systems are powered using chillers.
Pagui was commissioned to carry out all the plumbing, heating and cooling work for this new complex.
